About the Role
- Day to day care (can include personal care and assistance with home duties)
- Community Access & Transport
- Maintain & Monitor Person Centered Plans
- Documenting & Shift Note keeping
- Flexibility to work shorter or longer shifts that meet the needs of our clients i.e., morning, day, afternoon, evening, night, sleepovers, weekends, public holidays.
- Skills and experience
- Previous experience as a Support Worker (desirable).
- Flexible availability during the week.
Must have
- Australian Driver’s License, and ability to travel with comprehensive insurance.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current Working with Children’s Check and NDIS worker screening check.
- A genuine desire to provide quality care and enhance the lives of our Participants.
- Reliable, responsible attitude towards work and able to commit to regular hours ongoing.
- Current National Police Check
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide a person-centered approach that empowers the participant’s independence and choice.
